Annual Maintenance and Support

Visbion’s annual support and maintenance contract provides multi-level support of your system. A one year contract is included when you purchase your system and the contract can then be extended on an annual basis thereafter.

A telephone helpline is available to offer help with those “How do I... ?” type of issues. In addition telephone support is also provided for all technical problems that may occur. Every so often people encounter situations where they would like to use the system in a slightly different way or they haven’t done something for a long time and are unsure of how to go about it — purchasing an annual support and maintenance contract will enable your staff to continue to have access to Visbion support staff who can help resolve these problems quickly and efficiently.
